We are all important enough that mental health is something we should all be focussing on every day.

 
This 45 minutes session  will begin with pranayama and mindful gentle movement you will have the opportunity to set intentions for your own mental health and well being and it will conclude with a guided mediation, which will leave you restored and ready to put your intentions into practice.
