Laylee Behnia (E‑RYT 500) has been sharing her deep passion for yoga since 2016, weaving together subtle alignment, mindful movement, and a devotional spirit in every class. Originally from Shiraz, Iran, she first discovered yoga at eighteen, learning Hatha fundamentals at a local studio before stepping away to pursue a busy corporate and entrepreneurial life in the UAE starting in 2005. After more than a decade of balancing work and life, Laylee returned to her mat with renewed purpose, cultivating a devoted yoga and meditation practice for over thirteen years. Drawn by a fascination with functional anatomy and mind‑body integration, she immersed herself in some of the world’s most respected teacher trainings: she completed 500 hours of Vinyasa certification under mentors Dice Iida Kein, Briohny Smyth, and Mathieu Boldron; over 200 hours of Yin training with Annie Au and the Yinspiration School; and specialized certifications in children’s yoga (Rainbow Yoga), prenatal yoga (Yoga Medicine), and Yoga Body methods. In 2024, her exploration of movement led her to Functional Range Conditioning school, where she became a certified mobility and movement coach—a pursuit that complements her background as an accomplished CrossFit athlete. In Laylee’s classes, you’ll find a harmonious blend of meditation, breath work, and uplifting sequences, thoughtfully tailored to guide students of all levels toward ease, growth, and the gentle expansion of their personal edge.

In 2017, Kosta traveled to India to support a friend who was nervous about attending Yoga Teacher Training alone—up until that point, his only experience with yoga had been the few classes he’d taken at Yoga One. What began as a supportive gesture quickly transformed into a life‑changing passion: upon his return, Kosta knew yoga would become a central part of his path. Since then, he’s earned a 200‑hour Hatha certification from Asana Andianapan Yoga School in Chennai, a 500‑hour credential with Kaya Yoga School in Dubai, a 200‑hour Vinyasa training with Mathieu Boldron, and a 300‑hour Vinyasa certification with Matt Giordano. Yoga has led him on unexpected adventures—most notably in 2018 when he accidentally joined a Yin class taught by Tina Nance in Bali, thinking he’d signed up for Power Yoga. Though he wasn’t previously drawn to slower, restorative practices, he felt the transformative power of Yin immediately and returned in 2019 to complete his training with Tina. Through these experiences, Kosta has learned patience and trust in the process, witnessing how small, consistent steps yield profound growth over time and how even the most daunting asanas become attainable with dedication and guidance. His guiding message to students is that when you learn to embrace each moment of the journey, reaching your destination becomes an inspiring bonus.
