As the first studio in Abu Dhabi to combine full-spectrum infrared heat with therapeutic red light therapy, we provide a truly transformative experience that goes beyond ordinary hot yoga.

Our specialized environment supports multiple healing modalities – from the dynamic flows of Infrared Hot Yoga to the restorative power of Red Light Yin. Our facilities include a hot studio, reformer Pilates studio, changing rooms, and showers. You’ll also find our wonderful retail space filled with YogaOne branded clothing, mats, props, and accessories by specialty yoga brands.
