Mindful Movement at Jubail Mangrove Park
Have you attended our Mindful Movement practice in the gorgeous surroundings of Jubail Mangrove Park?
These outdoor activities immerse you in nature, yoga and a wide variety of offerings such as sound healing, meditation and mandala drawings.
Join us every Saturday for a 75 minute guided yoga practice suitable for all levels to give your mind and body precious time to rest, relax and heal through Mindful Movement.
Once a month under the Full Moon, looking over the glistening waters of the mangrove, you will be left feeling grounded, centered and rejuvenated with a special Full Moon vinyasa practice at 6:45pm. You will find yourself flowing inward on a journey of love and light and peace.
A truly unforgettable experience surrounded by nature in this mangrove sanctuary.
