Sunset Aroma Flow – International Yoga Day

We are excited to announce that we will be offering a special yoga class to celebrate international yoga day.

Aroma flow blends essential oils with movement, breath, and sound. The aromas are inspiring, the sounds are empowering, and the movement can be both exhilarating and relaxing. 
 
In this class you will learn what essential oils are and how they interact with your body and brain, and then select essential oils that work to align your body’s natural energy for optimal wellbeing.

Essential oils will be placed on your skin either directly or on a small cotton ball, and inhaled to enhance the practice of asanas. If you have a sensitive skin, are allergic to any specific substance, or are unsure how your skin will react to essential oils, please make sure you tell the teacher before starting the class so we can ensure you have a safe practice.
