*Retreat Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in our retreat. Please read the following policy carefully before booking.

1. Deposit & Booking Security
   A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total retreat cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers administrative costs and secures your spot, which is why it is not refundable under any circumstances.
2. Payment Schedule

• The remaining balance (70%) is due on  Date, July 25th, 2026.
• If the full balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as canceled and retain the deposit.

3. Cancellation by the Participant
   All cancellation notices must be received in writing via email.
   The following cancellation fees apply:

• On or before June 1st 2026: Loss of the 30% deposit only.
• After June 1st 2026:  but more than 60 days before the retreat: 50% of the total retreat cost is forfeited.
• Less than 60 days before the retreat start date: 100% of the total retreat cost is forfeited. No refunds or credits will be given.

No exceptions can be made to this policy for any reason, including personal emergencies, illness, or travel issues. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.

4. Transferring Your Booking
   If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person, provided you find them yourself and they meet all the retreat participation requirements. You must notify us in writing of the transfer request at least 30 days before the retreat start date. 
5. Cancellation by the Organizer
   We reserve the right to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum participant numbers are not met. In this unlikely event:

• You will be notified immediately.
• You will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to us, including your deposit.
• Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as non-refundable airfare. We again highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

6. Travel Insurance Requirement
   We mandate that all retreat participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Your policy should cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, evacuation, loss of baggage, and personal liability. Proof of insurance may be requested.
7. Force Majeure
   We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations if that failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds will not be provided, but we will offer a credit for a future retreat.
