How you experience your pregnancy and birth will have profound effects on you and your baby, and we invite expectant mothers to share your journey with us. Please join Sue and Elli through a 6-week virtual course which will provide you with the tools to have the balance of a strong healthy pregnancy and a relaxed calm approach to your birth.

Our classes aim to guide mums-to-be to enjoy their pregnancy and to create adeeper bond with your baby while preparing physically and mentally for theamazing life journey that is pregnancy and motherhood. Prenatal yoga prepares your body and mind during pregnancy and is a wonderful environment for you to build the connection and bond with your baby.

These classes are suitable for all and inclusive for complete newcomers to seasoned yogis; variations are always offered. Sue Bryant is a prenatal yoga teacher and a qualified Midwife, Doula and Hypnobirthing teacher. Elli Eghbali is a prenatal yoga teacher, Hypnobirthing teacher and Doula. Both Sue and Elli believe that pregnancy is the one of the most important and special experiences in a woman’s life.

Week 1: Celebrate your Body and the Creation of Life

Working with the changes in your physical body to create space andappreciation for the beauty that is your pregnant body. Allow self-careand compassion to guide you to listen to your inner wisdom during yourpregnancy.

Week 2: Warrior for Strength

Staying strong in pregnancy and building new strength for life changes.Understanding that pregnancy is a normal state of being and allowingyourself to build strength in your body to prepare for an empoweredbirth experience.

Week 3: Heart Openers

Building a loving connection with your baby and creating an unbreakablebond. Learning through breath practices and gentle yoga how yourmental state and the ability you have to find calm confidence can affectyour growing baby within.

Week 4: Prenatal Yin & Yang

For moving stuck energy and creating serenity. Find the ability to createspace in a safe way in both body and mind.

Week 5: Positions to Encourage Optimal Baby Position for Birth and for Labour

Learning tools and movements to help optimise your baby’s birthposition. Also tips for helping yourself during labour with positions,breathing and keeping the oxytocin flowing!

Week 6: Confidence, Strength & Resilience for the 4th Trimester

Understand what to expect and how to best prepare your body, mindand practicalities in order to maintain strength, resilience and self-carefor the early days and weeks of parenthood.Knowledge is power!
