A gentle, highly effective practice, that will provide you the vital tools required, to obtain the balance of a strong healthy pregnancy and a relaxed calm approach to your birth. YogaOne’s Prenatal Yoga is suitable for all! Inclusive for complete newcomers to seasoned yogis. Every class has been carefully designed by the brilliant and fully certified Sue Bryant. We recommended this class for expectant mothers who are at least 12 weeks into their pregnancy.
Week 1: Celebrate your Body and the Creation of Life
Working with the changes in your physical body to create space and appreciation for the beauty that is your pregnant body. Allow self-care and compassion to guide you to listen to your inner wisdom during your pregnancy.
Week 2: Warrior for Strength
Staying strong in pregnancy and building new strength for life changes. Understanding that pregnancy is a normal state of being and allowing yourself to build strength in your body to prepare for an empowered birth experience.
Week 3: Heart Openers
Building a loving connection with your baby and creating an unbreakable bond. Learning through breath practices and gentle yoga how your mental state and the ability you have to find calm confidence can affect your growing baby within.
Week 4: Prenatal Yin & Yang
For moving stuck energy and creating serenity. Find the ability to create space in a safe way in both body and mind.
Week 5: Positions to Encourage Optimal Baby Position for Birth and for Labour
Learning tools and movements to help optimize your baby’s birth position. Also tips for helping yourself during labour with positions, breathing and keeping the oxytocin flowing!
Week 6: Confidence, Strength & Resilience for the 4th Trimester
Understand what to expect and how to best prepare your body, mind and practicalities in order to maintain strength, resilience and self-care for the early days and weeks of parenthood. Knowledge is power!
