Mina was first drawn to yoga in an effort to slow down and find balance in a busy world. She quickly noticed the stress relieving benefits of her practice, eventually deciding she wanted to expand her knowledge and share the feeling of calm and relaxation with others. Mina completed her first hot yoga teacher training in 2005. Since then, she has continuously studied with teachers like Baron Baptiste, Ana Forrest and Sri Dharma Mittra. She is a certified Pre-natal , Antigravity, Yin & kids yoga teacher. She has also studied with Cameron Shayne and Bryce Yoga and is a certified Budokan Yoga instructor with ERYT 500.
For the past 12 years, Mina has dedicated her time to learning and practicing yoga. Yoga has brought a greater depth, clarity and joy to her everyday experiences.
She wants to share this with her yoga community through thoughtful teaching. She has studied biology and pharmacy. Her teaching is disciplined in alignment with a deep knowledge of anatomy.
Her classes are soul nurturing and will leave you feeling reconnected with yourself.
