The appropriate application of yoga practice can relax , strengthen and reduce the pain in your body.
Our 4 Week Deep Stretching Class will be a therapeutic practice focused on Shoulders, Spine, Hips and Hamstrings.
We will offer these therapeutic classes twice a week.
