If you’re dealing with back pain or shoulder tightness, yoga may be just what the doctor ordered. Yoga is a mind-body therapy that’s often recommended to treat not only back pain but the stress that accompanies it.  The appropriate application of yoga practice can relax , strengthen and reduce the pain in your body.

Our 4 Week Deep Stretching Class will be a therapeutic practice focused on Shoulders, Spine, Hips and Hamstrings. 

We will offer these therapeutic classes twice a week.
