KUNDALINI MEDITATION FOR MOTHERS

Yogis believe that in the blink of an eye, we experience a thousand thoughts. By cultivating a neutral or meditative mind, we can stabilize the nervous system, bring clarity to our lives, and hold space for those around us.

This Kundalini meditation series is designed specifically for women to explore meditation modalities that will raise their vitality, cultivate a deep sense of calm, and help them harness their mental, energetic, intuitive, and physical power to mother in the Aquarian times.

We will use our breath, mantra, mudra, and focus to guide the in and body into a meditative state.  The range and variety of meditation techniques in the Kundalini Yoga tradition is truly extraordinary.

No previous meditation experience is required. Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, or a meditation cushion is recommended.  This is a great introduction to anyone who has been curious about meditation or Kundalini Yoga. This is a beautiful series for invoking the psyche of the Mother:  Current mothers, pregnant and soon-to-be mothers, and women who want to be mothers are welcomed. Each week our mediation focus will be the below topics. You do not need to attend all sessions to experience benefits.
