Sylvia bases her classes on a progressive learning system, emphasising safety and success while having fun. Students are guided through step by step skill progressions and specific drills/exercises, providing the opportunity to effectively achieve and refine gymnastics skills. At the same time, they will increase strength, flexibility, and stamina, which are a necessity for stunting and to improve their skills from beginner to advanced levels.

Students will be working on floors and soft apparatus, and will learn
• acrobatic skills and sequences;
• advanced balances, jumps and turns;
• to handle Rhythmic Gymnastics apparatus such as ribbon, hoop, ball and skipping rope while they perform acrobatics element and dance skills.

Students will learn routines with music and apparatus, and at the end of the term they will perform and showcase their new skills to the parents.
