Are you new to yoga or interested in expanding your existing practice? If so, this workshop is tailor-made for you. Over the course of 4 weeks, you will embark on a journey through fundamental concepts and techniques of yoga postures, empowering you to build a strong and safe foundation for your practice. Each week, you will delve deeper into the world of yoga, guided by our experienced instructor, Raya, and discover the transformative power of this ancient art.

Workshop Details: Duration: 4 weeks (One 90-minute class per week)

Week 1: Breath and Movement In this opening week, we’ll focus on the significance of breath in yoga and how it intertwines with movement. Participants will learn essential standing postures and break down the Sun Salutations, a common sequence used for warming up and energizing the body.

Week 2: Strengthening the Core Building upon the foundations from the previous week, we’ll emphasize core strengthening. Connecting with your core is crucial for stability and balance in various yoga postures, enhancing your overall practice.

Week 3: Embracing Twists Week 3 expands on the previous week’s learnings and introduces twisting postures. Twists help improve spine mobility and support the body’s natural detoxification process, leaving you feeling rejuvenated.
Week 4: Integration and Expansion In the final week, we’ll revisit and reinforce the techniques and knowledge gained in the previous weeks. This week aims to integrate all aspects of your practice to create a more holistic and well-rounded yoga experience.

Throughout the workshop, our dedicated instructor, Raya, will provide individual attention to each participant, ensuring proper guidance and support. We encourage you to ask questions and embrace your unique progress on this transformative journey.

By the end of these 4 weeks, you will not only have a solid grasp of yoga asanas but also gain a deeper understanding of the practice as a whole. This will set the stage for a fulfilling and enriching lifelong yoga journey, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner.
