Welcome to YogaOne’s Yoga Alliance–certified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Designed for dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their practice or begin their journey as a teacher, this comprehensive program builds a strong foundation in both the tradition and modern practice of yoga.

Throughout the training, you will explore asana, anatomy, alignment, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, sequencing and the art of teaching. You will learn to observe and understand different bodies, adapt practices safely, and communicate with greater clarity and confidence.

Learning goes beyond the training room. Through observation, assisting and practical teaching experience with YogaOne’s experienced teachers, you will gradually develop the skills needed to lead your own classes.

At the heart of our program is the belief that every teacher brings something unique. Through practice, study, self-inquiry and creative exploration, we encourage you to discover your own voice rather than simply learning to teach in one prescribed way.

Tuition :

– Total : Dhs 12,600 (inclusive of VAT). 

– Upon acceptance into the program, the applicant must pay a non refundable deposit of Dhs 1500 to hold the applicant’s place in the program.

Refund Policy:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of AED 1,500 is required upon acceptance into the program to secure your place. Your place cannot be guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellation Before the Program Begins

• More than 30 days before the program start date: All tuition fees paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.
• 30 days or less before the program start date: The AED 1,500 deposit will be forfeited, and any remaining tuition fees paid will be refunded.

3. Cancellation After the Program Begins

Once the program has commenced, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for cancellations, withdrawals, missed sessions, or non-attendance.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Requests for refunds due to serious illness, injury, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances may be considered at the sole discretion of YogaOne. Supporting documentation may be required.

5. Program Cancellation

If YogaOne cancels the program for any reason, all fees paid, including the deposit, will be refunded in full. YogaOne is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses incurred by participants.

6. Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend after registering, you may request to transfer your enrollment to the next scheduled YogaOne Teacher Training. Transfers are subject to availability and must be requested in writing before the program begins. An administrative transfer fee may apply.

Regular personal practice is an essential part of becoming a confident teacher. Your enrolment includes 40 complimentary YogaOne class credits, valid throughout the Teacher Training program.

Early Bird Bonus

Register and complete your payment by 30 November 2026, and receive an additional 10 complimentary class credits (50 credits in total).

Your bonus credits will be activated from 1 December 2026, allowing you to begin deepening your practice before the training officially starts.

These credits may be used for regular yoga classes at YogaOne, excluding:

• Reformer Pilates
• Aerial 
• Workshops and special events
• Intensive trainings
• Classes held at Jubail Mangrove Park

All bookings are subject to YogaOne’s standard booking and cancellation policies.

• Trainees must cancel a booked class at least 5 hours before its start time to avoid being charged the full single class fee (105 Dhs)
