Prenatal yoga prepares your body and mind during pregnancy and is a wonderful environment for you to build the connection and bond with your baby.
Prenatal yoga is suitable for all and inclusive for complete newcomers to seasoned yogis. Variations are always offered.

Moving your baby into position
Learning tools and movements to help optimize your baby’s birth position.
Week 6 – Feb 16th
Developing calm self-confidence to have the ideal birth for your baby
Moving through poses to help you in childbirth and learning to use your breath to keep you focused and able.
