For the past 12 years, Mina has dedicated her time to learning and practicing yoga. Yoga has brought a greater depth, clarity and joy to her everyday experiences.

She wants to share this with her yoga community through her thoughtful teaching. She has studied biochemistry with a doctoral in pharmacy and her teaching is disciplined in alignment with a deep knowledge of anatomy.

Her classes are soul nurturing and will leave you feeling reconnected with yourself.
